Is it ok to just put Seafoam right in your gas tank? And if it is when should i do it? Right before filling or after? Thanks!

According to the bottle. Run the car down to at least 1/4 tank of gas, add the whole bottle to your gas tank, THEN fill up completely. Also drive that tank of gas a little harder than usual and let it get down to almost empty before filling up (so you aren't diluting any further)

SeaFoam can go right in the tank, yes. Follow the directions that Chibi gave in the post above.

Only suggestion I'd make is to use a product called Chevron Techron. Mike mentioned it on the previous page of the thread. It's actually endorsed and sold by GM as a fuel cleaner, Chevron is just the name used for it when it's sold in stores. It cleans, but also has a lube in it for the fuel pump.

I've started using Chevron in my gas tank (every 3-4 months) and then once a year (in the Spring) I run half a can of Seafoam through my crank case and the other half through the engine.
