coolant flush kit-which hose?

i got one of those prestone flush kits,but cant figure out which hose to cut.i see the two hoses coming out from the firewall but they both go to the same spot one a little higher then the other.anybody know?oh i got a 3.8 01 monte

maybe to explain it better which hose out of the two, that goes into the firewall is the one that leads to the heatercore?
