Ahhhhh whats this noise please tell me its not a engine knock!?!?!?!?!?
Mine does this too. I put a Quart of Lucas Oil in it and it stopped in one round trip to work. Dura-Lube is Also good but it's about $6 more for a quart. Or you could take it to a shop and have the valves lashed. But that could be really expensive.
