Fuel pressure
Update: I contacted intense and I was told to send PCM back for more work after getting it back yesterday I installed and still the same problem I check fuel pressure and it's at 70 psi which is to much so I check the fuel pressure on my dads sc 3800 and it's at 45 psi so we changed the regulator thinking it was the problem but it wasn't. Could it be the fuel pump because it still has the fuel pump from the original na 3800 do I have to upgrade to a sc 3800 fuel pump please let me know any info guys thanks in advance

i tried a canned tune to "get me close" when i did all me engine work and it was worthless i had to custom tune it from the start.

I hate to say this, but you bought your PCM from one of the worst 3800 tuners. Intense is known for having issues with their tunes, like too much timing, too rich, etc. My advice is to get a PCM from either ZZP or Overkill. Forget about Intense.

Honestly, I'm guessing that your tune has the wrong IFR (injector flow rate) table in it- this is about the only thing I've seen that can make a 3800 run THAT rich. A MAF table that's way off can make it run pretty rich, too, but when the IFR table is off it gets nasty, fast.
I'd recommend buying HP Tuners and learning how to self tune- depending on remote vendors when you've done something as custom as you have isn't a great idea. Tuning really isn't rocket science, and once you learn, you can apply that knowledge to future projects/other platforms/etc.
