2003 Monte Carlo Tire Issue?

Default 2003 Monte Carlo Tire Issue?

Something broke today with a metal rod that seemed connected to my left rear wheel and held it to my frame. I can move the wheel freely and I am to scared to drive it bc the 2 rods collide now. What is this part so I can replace is please?

Its a trailing arm apparently

looks like a trailing arm to me.
