well i found out where my sound was comming from, it was comming from the connection from the#1 piston to the camshaft, i am really happy a 20$ part, took a look from underneet a the same time piston howsing looks fine no damage there.
found no damage on the camshaft itself, exept for the 2 half moon sleeves.

Well my Monte carlo is dead and only had 120 000KM, the crank shaft is finish, won't be spending money to rebuild or change motor, gona buy new car and sadly it won't be a GM.
