This car belongs to a coworker of mine, he's a very busy guy so he takes it to the automated car wash all the time. If this doesn't convince you to avoid those things like the plague, nothing will.

I had the pleasure of being the one chosen to bring this thing back to life and let me tell you, it was the most difficult detail I've ever done in my life. Not only was the car black, but it was swirled to high heavens and just happened to be incredibly difficult to cut thanks to the hard paint MB uses. But I was able to get the results I wanted in the end and the owner was one happy man, as was I, both that it was over and because of the outcome.
