Default thanks

Thanks for all the suggestions. When I get back in town I will start on all the ideas. Wet sanding will be last resort. Again thanks and I will keep this thread updated when I can.

I have always had success with lacquer thinner. You have to use care though because it could remove the paint or clear coat.

Pretty sure I'l hate it as much as I did the first time. Plus I have two hoods. One black, one gun metal. Going on a gun metal SS SC. I am replicating the Team Monte Carlo Thunder tour cars/decal/paint sceme. Some hate it some love it. I.... LOVE IT!!!!!. The gun metal hood will actualy be half black. Left side being black with a smaller bow tie towards here nose. Running from top to bottom the Team Monte Carlo Thunder Tour logo/decal. The Black hood with the Bow Tie from the 01 Pace car will have TAZ in his twister tareing through the Bow tie almost exact to the Earnhart SR. Team Monte Carlo hood. Wish I could post pictures on this thread of my copying of the Tour cars. Can't quite figure it out.
