Well, I took a 2005 Mustang GT auto to the Music City Raceway in Nashville today. Wow, it was amazing. This 'Stang has no modifications to date.

The Car [my friend's Chevy Cavalier is on the right]:

Timeslips:

First run- #5 (http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=main/7/19203103796.jpg&s=f10)

Lost to a chevy truck..

Second run - #4 (http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=main/7/19203142188.jpg&s=f10)

Lost to a '37 hot rod, oh well.

Third run - #3 (http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=main/7/19203162020.jpg&s=f10)

Smashed a late 90's Camaro.

Fourth run - #1 (http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=main/7/19202213716.jpg&s=f10)

Killed my friends Cavalier.

Fifth run - #2 (http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=main/7/19202213716.jpg&s=f10)

Again, the Cavalier.. except he missed third gear.

The first run didn't go so great, but I had it in 3rd Gear instead of Drive. My friend told me he thought third gear created a higher pressure in the transmission fluid and somehow it would shift faster and be more responsive. That's not the case. Lies!

My friend took this video (http://media.putfile.com/Run-4) from his Cav. that's me on the left owning him.

Overall I had a ton of fun at the track. Hopefully, I'll get to go again sometime. The only problem was that it's not my 'stang. I don't exactly have bragging rights and I can't truly feel the glory of owning up some cars in my own. Oh well. Enjoy.

That looks like a ton of fun.... I've not been to the track yet but this is inspiration to get out there to try it.
