Im looking at Gettin some Winter Tires. I know My bolt pattern is 5x115. Stock tires 235/55R17

Here's my question. Im looking at gettin steal rims and Tires from family Member. IM wondering if these rims and tire size will Fit my monte NO PROBLEMS?

Cooper 215 / 70 / R14 Lifeliner touring Tires on Gm wheels 5x115s

Im Just cerious on what the 70 is On tires?

Stocks 235/55/R17 and My aftermarket 18s are 245/45/R18
