I have a full set (4)of the stock18" Aluminum rims, which I took off my 07 SS, when I upgraded to the accessory chrome spoke jobs. I'm asking $800 Canadian for the set. Too bad we are so far away from each other, because the shipping would be a killer.
What is that $300 American.......[sm=joke.gif][sm=joke.gif][sm=joke.gif][sm=joke.gif][sm=joke.gif]

i could be very wrong, but to clean plastic coated rims i use glass cleaner. it gives it a nice sparkel. and then i wax them after. it sounds kinda funny but it works. we do this all the time at work.
Just found out from my plastics engineer that amonia based glass cleaner crazes plastic. I think this means it damages it.

Try an automotive glass cleaner like Armor-All or Advance Auto Parts store brand. They say "ammonia free" on the bottle.I am talking about the liquid pump bottle, not the aerosol.

Thanks again, I'm off to Wiz's Auto Parts to buy my $.79 USD, $6 Canadian bottle of Amonia free window cleaner.
