Default Ticking Noise While Moving

When I'm driving I can hear a ticking noise (coming from the wheel well)
The noise goes away when I'm pressing on the brakes.

(this noise was present before changing out the hubs & is still present after)

Any ideas on this?

Try jacking up the wheel you believe the noise is coming from. Rotate it by hand. Do you here the noise? If yes, take the wheel off, rotate the rotor by hand. Do you here the noise? If yes, inspect everything on the car, if no, look for anything that might be on the rim or coming in contact with the rim.

I've heard bad CV joints may cause this (but I have not experienced it first hand).
