Default Steering problem

I am sure this issue has been addressed many times on here because I have yet to see a Monte or Impala that we have owned without this problem, Just cant remember what it was. When you take off while turning or going straight, you will feel this little looseness or bobble in the steering wheel. Hard to describe what it is. We had the 07 Impala fixed at dealer and it was like $220. Dont want to take this there, would rather have our mechanic fix it but last time he couldn't figure it out so we took it to the dealer. Car drives great and tight but just has this issue. It is just annoying. Thanks.

That kinda sounds like I remember them saying was the problem. Are those expensive just to go buy? Thanks
