Default Spring rate ? Softer springs ?

Hello guys , gals, I have the 01 monte and replaced the struts recently with KYB struts, they work perfect, but it's a pretty stiff ride, anyone know the spring rate that would give me a softer smoother ride ? I was thinking about springs from a Grand Prix or a Impala. I'm not concerned about the "sport" feel, I need a soft ride.... Please any info would rock... Thanks so much...Michael...

Did you go with KYB struts on stock springs? Also, are they the adjustable KYB's?

I bought the "drop in " struts, the front are the KYB and the rears Monroe... They came with the springs and all..... , I don't know what to do from here.... Can I get softer springs ? Have no clue what the spring rate is.... Looked at all the possibilities and just need direction from here. I tried to find the spring rate from Monroe and KYB but can't seem to find it, also, want to find the spring rate for the Stock Monte SS compared to the stock Impala FE1..... Thanks...mjclemm..
