nothing wrong with that. mine blew up while maybe making 220hp. it shouldnt be much of a concern as long as it doesnt hook up. just trying to save you the trouble in case you had thoughts of going faster in the future. cause as we all know there is no such thing as fast enough.

I just want it to get by with this small HP if I ever go big HP, everything will need to change.

fair enough. 125 is a deal. mine was leaking from the axle tubes. idk if thats a popular issue but mine had it so be on the look out. good luck with it.

Well, today, as SOON as my brother gets here (dammit), I will be heading out to the wrecking yard to find a rear end to swap out with my old one. It's grindin' badly. Hopefully I find something a bit stronger. Something Conan would've made.

your best bet is an 8.5 then and your going to have to look for a 442 or hurst olds or a gn or a t-type. ive only seen one in the yard minus the rear.

when you find the read end for your monty get new barings for it and seals and replace every thing while it is out of the car. at the itme you will find out if the new rear end has posi or a open dif
