Default Rear struts are bad

Will these fix the problem? Are they easy to install yourself or will I need to go to a shop?

yes that will fix your problem, if you have some mechanical knowledge you can do them with hand tools

(how to)https://montecarloforum.com/forum/how-section-30/5th-6th-7th-gen-rear-strut-replacement-28934/

or you can have a shop do them

Should be a easy enough job by yourself and for a shop.Either way it should fix the problem.

Don't forget to replace your top plates(mounting plate, bearing plates ect, different places call it different things)
