Default Lowering/Wheels and Tires

looking to lower my 2005 mc/sc and was wondering what lowering spring/strut combo is the best (only looking to go down an inch or so) and was looking on going with bullitt or saleen wheels probably 18x8 or 18x9 and a 245/255-45-18, if anyone has any input or advice i would appreciate it

check out this thread...hopefully it will help you. https://montecarloforum.com/forum/ti...g-monte-23289/

but personally i would go for coilovers and not drop springs, and i like the tires to be wider for a more aggressive stance, so i would go with some 18x9s and possibly if you want a better fender gap suck up try 19s.

If going springs, Vogtland is most likely going to be your best bet considering the amount you want to drop - here's a good recent thread on the Vogtlands > https://montecarloforum.com/forum/ti...springs-47096/. Canuck Motorsports are nice but the drop is a little more, at 1.5-1.7" (I'm currently running Canucks on my 06). Eibachs aren't available for these cars anymore.
