lowering help!!

I agree. Just compressing the spring is going to create handling and drivability problems. IMO you'd be much better off with a complete kit. You will retain proper aligment of your suspension and handling capability. You'll also be able to adjust the suspension to your particular driving style. Another plus is you can adjust ride height if/when the weight changes with the addition/subtraction of audio components.

I see what your saying. I just can find a kit in my price range around 2". Other wise I'd love to get the zz performance coilovers. And the lower springs only give 1.7" to the front. But mostly I'm getting them since I can't find anyone who has tried them and given a bad report. I'll be the guinee pig I guess lol

Quick question off topic. What other cars are compatiable with my 2001 monte ss? I'm thinking since the grand prix has same motor but more aftermarket parts, some of them would fit.
