The parts I ordered directly from my Chevy contact in San Diego. I get Chevy parts at wholesale and do not have to pay for shipping. I ordered all the parts (2 tower braces, front sway bar, and the rear sway bar) I do not know what the parts come with yet so I needed to know if there were other parts that needed to be purchased like the brace mounts or end links... Or for that matter if there were any poly bushings for the sway bars I could or should get.

These are the Don Rome Brackets for the Strut tower braces they make installation easier but the are not a necessity.
You could just drill the holes in the strut towers. Like this

The kit has a specific part number you could have just ordered the kit and got that at wholesale....I am still not following.

Anyway you should already have holes in the front and rear if I recall correctly. The rear one when I installed it I had to do no drilling they were already there. However my car is a bit different so I don't know if it's specific to my model or not.

The kit purchased from GM Parts direct is a "kit" they put together. That part number for the "kit" is only the strut tower braces. The actual parts are sold individually from GMPP. So I had to purchase them all separately from Chevy. The odd thing is the part number for the strut tower brace includes BOTH braces and not just the one. Thats why I had to purchase them the way I did.

Ok I went to have the new GM Perf sway bars installed today and they are SMALLER then the ones I currently have on the car... UGGG

Who makes a larger set? If I can't find a larger set then I will make a set myself.

Tom
