so I got some of the 16 steel rims off 00-07 monte/impala. I found these

the outer diameter is about 28" the stock outer of the 235/50-18 is about 27 1/4"

what do you guys think about this combo? should be ok right?

 

as far as what, are you asking if it will fit? that should fit fine.

 

yeah I figured they would fit, I just wasn't 100% if they would or if it was even a good idea. I think I will try it out, seems like a good winter tire and size, main reason i like em is the price lol. Ive never done any tire size switching so i wanted to be sure I wasn't doing something stupid. Thanks


edit: mmm, what i just realized im worried about is that they are Winterforce UV instead of just Winterforce. The UV is quite a bit cheaper
