Good pics there, bumpin, thank you; they're a great addition to this thread.

I'm pretty much with you on the whole idea of engine bay cover paneling, but it seems a little more appropriate on a clean show car/concept car, somehow. Those two planks that jut into the bay (covering the dogbone supports, apparently) are ones I could do without, though.

But the red-coated headers aren't so bad; certainly makes them easier to see, at least. Also interesting to note is the LT1-style throttle body.

Wow, $135,000. That car is now 20 years old - THAT is what struck me. It is amazing how close GM stuck to this car with the actual production car - production wasn't as aggressive looking BUT the majority of the body lines and shapes were all carried over to the production car.
