If you are stupid enough to race on the streets like me have u ever got caught? I never got caught in my monte but havnt had it that long and i have in my tahoe i beat the pant off of a dodge diesel but i had a jump on him but i only got speeding ticket. It was a 2 into 1 lane and i was in front so it just looked like i was speeding. So whats your story? Caught or lucked out?

 

never really gotten caught racing. i try to keep it to 10 over.
although i might have the recored for getting pulled over and getting outta tix.
1: tints
2: no frnt plate, tints
3: tints
4: headlights (They were "blue" according to the cop(not really they were just cold hids)
5: courtesy stop for changing my headlights(longstory the hids went and changed them to halogen again)
6: and i guess the last one for improper lane usage (he said i changed lanes erratically, nobody was around and i drifted over)

not a single one i had to pay for or got a ticket. i think they just wanted to pull me over cause its so flashy

 

Haha. Ive been pulled over once, but that was from burning out in our old 91 caddy deville. Thank god i got out of it, even when i was on school permit.

 

nope...never gotten caught racing, ran from the cops a few times, and got away

as far as tickets...two for speeding one was 80 in a 65, one was 75 in a 65

 

Generally just race up to the speed limit unless it's late night middle of nowhere freeway racing. As for tickets, mostly just speeding and a failure to yield. Combined fines that I've been given would be around $500 between the Monte and my quad if I paid them all, I've only actually had to pay about $200 worth and only one speeding ticket for 90 in a 75 is on my record. I've gotten atleast ten warnings, written and verbal for my underglow, and atleast half of those are from my hometown where the cops don't know that it's perfectly legal provided I'm not showing red or blue lights, (normally white, green, or purple)

 

seen by cops yes, chased yes, caught hell no, cops are so easy to outrun its not even a challenge. but i havent raced since my best bros mom was tboned by racers and was almost killed. every so often ill light to light but not a all out thing anymore
