chevy buick vs chevy monte =/

i am in college rigth now so i am going simple. i hear this grinding sound everytime i make a rigth turn of drift to the rigth. so i am going with all new suspension on my car, i want to lower it 1.5 inches all around. then i am going into the engine and i want to put in some new headers, so that they can go well with the exahauts or muffler set up i want. i read that headers help it to run well. and i also want to take out my air box and replace it with a filter and probally make my own housing for it. and i also need to upgrade my brakes to a big brake kit (expensive). the lastly i want to throw in a turbo, but the ss is supercharged, so that migth be a better chose.

The grinding sound you hear and feel is probably the IDS (Intermediate Driving Shaft), get that replaced, or re-lubed and it will be gone, no need to upgrade or replace your suspension.
Sorry to rain on our parade, but none of that sounds remotely plausible by the way you're describing it. Good luck finding headers for the 3400 first off, and secondly if you get headers for your car and keep it N/A (Naturally Aspirated) then say hello to major torque loss on the low end, might not even be able to peel out anymore.
Lowering the car requires KYB AGX adjustable struts, new strut mounts, and anti pogo washers, that's about $700-800 in parts, and who knows how much to install. Don't get me wrong, lowering a car has its advantages, and looks nice, but it's not cheap.
Lastly, as far as I know, there is no supercharger available for the 3400, what you'd have to do is swap a 3800 L67 supercharged engine in. But there are turbo's available for your engine, but that will cost thousands, and you'll want to upgrade to a race transmission, a few thousand more.
It's a big plan, if you have the funds to pursue it, go for it. Just make sure you do lots of research first, that's a big build you're talking about.

Toasting Rice...
Yeah... he likes Nascar too! He runs the Cr*p outta that car! He'll
stop-light race anyone! He loves "Bufords" & always talks about a
'64 425 4 speed Wildcat he had back in the day! I remember riding
through the Ozarks in that car when I was a kid! ( That gives my
age away!)
