Default Water in places they shouldnt be!! Please Help!!

I have a 2001 Monte Carlo SS with 120,000 miles it. I was tinting my tail lights and replacing the bulbs the other day and when i was unscrewing one of the plastic bolts that hold the tail light on it dropped it down the side of the body in between the pulled back carpet and the quarter panal. When i reached down to get it my hand was covered in atleast 6 inches of water. Any idea how this gets there? How to get it out?
Thanks for any help!

suck it out with a shop vac. there may be a small hole in the rear wheel somewhere. all you can do is look for it. It could be anywhere tho. Take a hose and spray it into the wheel well area with someone in the trunk looking for a leak.

Alright, its on both sides and i somehow got some in my door to (removed by taking the plastic pins out of bottom till all water drained out). Im wondering if this could be from having my windows cracked at most an inch on a full day of rain (i know, my fault)
