Default SS Spoiler bolts

Just picked up a white SS spoiler from an 06 in perfect paint condition off ebay. It should be here in a couple of days. However, after looking at the pictures of it a couple times, something seems off. Shouldn't there be 4 bolts sticking out of the bottom like there are on my surfboard?

How should I go about attaching it then? Some coarse threaded screws maybe?

Studs combined with some epoxy should work just fine. I wouldn't use "screws" per se'.

It's hard to tell. That could be some of the sealer used around the bolts. As long as the spoiler is not damaged, the missing bolts are no big deal. You could even pull your old surfboard bolts.

The surfboard nuts/bolts/studfs are the same (most modern GMs use the same hardware I've found to hold the spoiler).
