Anyone have an idea what I should pay to get 4 rims blasted. Found a guy who said he would do the front side of the rims to remove the paint for 25 each.

I realize pricing will vary depending on locale, but that sounds high to me - especially if he is only doing the face of 2 wheels. I had 4 Z28 rims completely blasted (front & back) then washed in the parts cleaner for $50 a couple years ago.
