alright.. so got it to work. my AC doesnt work so this may not work for many people (bad compressor) but i tapped into the fuse for my AC relay in the fuse box under the hood in the bottom box all the fuses in the top box are constant power with the car on or off. so i ran a wire from the AC fuse in the bottom box to the hole from the fog light relay that sends power to the fogs now whenever the ignition is in the on position the fog lights are on and the wire does not get hot. i wouldnt imagine this would work if you use your AC because you will probably blow the 10 amp fuse when you turn on the AC. im not 100% sure though because i didnt test it with a meter or anything.

i realized though that when i turn on my parking lights during the day i can turn on my fogs and the car looks pretty BA with the fogs, drls, and parking lights on soo..

im removing the wire haha
