Without some type of safety device inline with your power the pump will constantly run as long as the ignition is on. That means if you get in a wreck and can't turn the key off you will still be pumping fuel - possibly out of a ruptured line. Very dangerous idea - and NOT RECOMMENDED.

Check your fuel pump relay. Or just run a new power wire from the relay and make sure your grounds are good.

Why do you want to do this? Just buy a racetronix rewire and be done with it instead of trying to make your own lol
