Default Removing emblems

I have an 06 Monte and I wanna remove the chevy emblem in the front grill. Is it held on by double sided tape and can just pry off? Any tricks?

I don't know for sure how it's held on, but if it is just double sided tape like the rest of the emblems then you can use dental floss and/or fishing line, slide it behind the emblem and use a sawing motion until you "cut" the emblem away from the car. Try to get as much of the adhesive off during the removal process cause it's not exactly fun trying to get it off afterwards. Then after you get it off, hit the area with a little wax and you'll be good to go!
