Chevrolet Tuning Explained:

Chevrolet Lambo Doors - Scissor doors, also called Jackknife doors or Lambo doors, are automobile doors that rotate up and forward on a hinge near the front of the door.

This form of door was first introduced in the Alfa Romeo Carabo concept car, designed by Marcello Gandini. Gandini used the same doors in the Lamborghini Countach whose wide chassis mandated this unusual door configuration. The design was carried forward to the Countach's successor, the Lamborghini Diablo. The only current Lamborghini in production which uses this design is the MurciƩlago.

This design combines some of the advantages of a conventional door and the traditional gullwing door. The door can open upward rather than outward, which is important in wide cars. The hinge is in a similar location as a conventional door, so a convertible version of the car is not prevented by the door design.
The disadvantage is that the door still impedes access/egress much more than a gullwing and, in some cases, more than a conventional door.

Chevrolet Racing Fuel Cap - The racing fuel cap billet car modification transforms your existing gas door into those found on high end race cars. The aftermarket gas cap is usually chrome but with the rise of carbon fibre in the automotive industry this has become popular as well.

Chevrolet Cold Air Intake Modification - A cold air intake is a system used to bring down the temperature of the air going into a car for the purpose of increasing the power of the internal-combustion engine. A secondary goal is to increase the appeal of a car by changing the appearance of a car's engine bay and creating an attractive intake noise. These aftermarket parts come in many different colors and many different sizes, and are an inexpensive way to increase performance.

Chevrolet Front Hood Modifications -
The purpose of this car modification is basically to alter the way your front hood opens. You can make the hood of your car 'float', open sideways, have a split hood, or even a reverse flip hood.

Chevrolet Shaved Doors -
Shaving your door handles is usually done to have a streamlined car body. A rather simple car modification with the installation of a remote door opener.

Chevrolet Gullwing Doors - Like the Deloren or the Mercedes SLR, this is the next hot car modification. This will give your car 'wings'. Doors open out and up like a birds wings.
