Quarter panel name plate

Anyone have any idea on how much a white "MONTE CARLO" quarter panel emblem costs? Also, need to remove some of the black adhesive from the SS emblem that fell off. Any tips on what to use?

What I used to get the black adhesive off when I took the GM badges of was just a blow dryer to heat it up and peel it off with my finger.
