Mods completed.... Can you tell the difference?

and that's not fixing any rust issues...???
I'd be looking to find other body shops and get quotes from them as well...
You could also use that knowledge/estimates as a bartering chip... You know a lotta body shops thrive on reputation..and you gotta know they all pretty much know one another in 1 form or another... Which does give you some bartering power.. (that's what I did)
So you gotta know that pricing isn't set in stone...
You owe it to your self ... If your serious about getting it taken care of...
To get out there and make something Happen! It is very possible.. You to could benefit from getting different estimates ..Just like I did.

I really like the look of the new 3-piece spoiler. But I will admit, I kinda miss the stripes on the sides.
But, this is now a new chapter in the life of your Monte!!! I think you need a custom hood of some sort next!
Awesome man, I know this was a long road and came with some aggravation to get to the finish line. I'm really happy it made it and turned out awesome!!

Your right...Its been a real PIA... but the finish line is realized...

I definitely have plans for a different hood.. as this one still has all the stone chips etc in it... It was just way out of budget at this time to get it taken care of at the same time..Unfortunately.
That should be taken care of soon I hope.. I do have somewhat of a tentative plan in motion.
Holy Crap keane..

Looks really good Dave! I may be biased, but I really like the black on black look.
Just fyi, the front end of mine was repainted for $1k. That also included a new upper grille (no cost to me because I had a brand new one beforehand), plastic ground effect insert, and removing the license plate bracket and repairing the rivet holes in the bumper cover. A good shop will try to work with you price-wise.
