Look at what a moron did to a DE JR
They were making a nascar replica and I think the did a decent job of it. There are a few others on this forum that look great, I personally never would, but people have been making these for years. You act like taking the decals off totaled the car.

I like the idea. Not sure I would do it to my car, but they were clearly going for a NASCAR replica look....
It's kinda like our January 2013 MOTM winner, MCF member JuniorCar (his winning pic below). Admittedly, I like JuniorCar's replica a bit better, it's not cluttered with wanna-be sponsor stickers everywhere). Now I have not seen Dale Earnhardt Jr's NASCAR vehicle, so perhaps those stickers and placement are legit to making an accurate replica.

What's the point of this thread anyways? Looks to me like a failed attempt to publicly humiliate someone for customizing their car to their liking. I personally don't see any issue. Certainly no need to call the current/previous owner a "moron" for applying some decals.

I Google Image searched for Dale Jr's actual NASCAR vehicle. Comparing this eBay one to a couple pics of the real deal I found, it appears the "sponsorship" stickers are fairly/within reason accurate. So it is clear the owner was trying to make a NASCAR replica. Again, I like the idea and comparing it to the real thing, it makes sense.
I lack the interest to make something like that, but I think the guy did a reasonable job.
