Well went to the bank today and come outside to find my passenger side mirror hanging over the side Now im stuck with having to replace it myself. Its a heated mirror as well. Any ideas how to replace one of these? Ive never done one before . Here are some pics

 

Buy a high quality replacement (the cheap ones rattle)

Take the door panel off, and it's simple just 3 screws and a plug.

 

Ok thanks! Yeah just watched a video on it, scrap yard has one for 50 bucks if i pull it so ill do that. Nothing better then Factory Replacement

 

Keep looking you'll find one way cheaper than $50 I'm sure

 

For sure, but you would be surprised, not many scrap yards near me have these cars, espicially with the heated mirror. I didnt even know my car had heated mirrors haha!

 

I found an aftermarket replacement on eBay for about $35 or so. Heated.

Mine doesn't rattle, and ****, if it was going to, it would on my vehicle.

Easy fix though

 

Got one from the Scrap yard for 25$! Installed today, had to bang out a bit of the metal where they were screwed in. Guess when it got hit it bent the metal in a bit! But everything works now and looks good If i didnt have to bang the metal out it would have taken me like 5 mins to do this :P

If you don't know how to work the heated mirror, it comes on with the rear-defroster
