EBay, I also picked up a relay kit off eBay for $7 aswell becuase I was noticing some flickering only thing I did not like about the relay kit was it was all 18g wiring so I ended up changing the lead from the bat to the relay to 14g
Here is a thread I made when I was looking for mine

I spoke with a few different people that have the Xentec kits prior to buying my HID kit. Nobody had anything negative to say about them. I've only had mine for a few days, but I like them. If I do have any problems though I'll be sure to express my dissatisfaction.
I considered going through DDM, but considering the number of complaints I read on various forums about problems with the product and long shipping times I didn't feel the lifetime warranty was worth it. The DDM kits and the kits sold on eBay both come from China (probably from the same facility with different stickers), and if you have a problem you will have to pay return shipping on the defective part. However, people are having to wait 2+ weeks for the DDM kits. If you have a problem are you going to have to wait that 2+ week period for your replacement part also? I'm thinking you will. The guy on eBay ships priority mail from California so the wait time is only going to be 3 or 4 days at the most. The eBay kits are also less expensive when you consider you have to pay the shipping for the DDM kits. Is the bragging rights of a lifetime warranty really worth it?

my brother owdered from ebay and the guy said he was in california and he wasnt and his HIDS got stopped by customs cause they wernt dot certified and took 40 DAYS to get his money back just to reorder that is the only reason i went with ddm tuning for the reason i know i will atleastget the damn things

There are numerous sellers on eBay (and on the 'net) that may reside within the U.S. but have the products they sell drop shipped from other countries. That's why it's always a good idea to ask questions prior to your purchase.
