hid light install?

Default hid light install?
Have a ddm tuning kit for my lows and fogs. Neither the fogs nor the lows fit in the stock sockets. Is there something I need to do? Plugging them in wrong?

The bulbs physically don't fit? Are they the right number?

Okay I figure out my low beams guess I have to cut my grommets so they'll fit too? But still having trouble with my fogs
