That's why no car manufacturer has HID's for low and hi beams. You're better off using something like a Silver Star for hi beams, and HID's only for low beams. Do this mod and you'll have no lighting issues at all.

Default Headlights

Hello,
I have a 2003 Monte Carlo SS and have no working DRL or headlights when I pull the head light switch. I replaced both headlights and they still don't work. As for relays, I found the DRL relay, but where is the headlight relay located? It says it's in fuse panel on drivers side door, but it's not there. Please help.

I have HID's for my lows and fogs. I ordered a high beam kit from Mr. Tailight, it is just a relay that keeps your lows on when your high beams are turned on. So when my brights are on, so are my lows and fogs, and let me tell you it is BRIGHT! If you want I can draw up a schematic of the relay.
