can you run dlr lights and fogs at same time?

Yes, you can use the DRL and fog lights simultaniously, but installing HIDs in the high beam location will lead to problems. The DRL are the high beams at half power. I don't think the HIDs would cooperate very well unless you rewired the entire high beam/DRL circuit.

I don't understand your post....
You should put the 'ZXE' bulbs in your high beams, don't do high beam HIDs whether they're on their own switch or not, unless you run quad beams because they take too much time to light up and will leave you blind for some time.
I would run the low beam hids... 6000k or below, and then run fog lights on a seperate switch for the fogs, also 6000k or below.

You won't really need high beams once you get the HID lows. and if you ever do want to use the highs it's easier just to have a good halogen bulb in there.

Yes, if you wire your fogs to be independant on the switch, you can turn them on whenever you want. I have my AM fogs wired independantly from the lights to a switch. So everytime I run my car, I flip them on. Goes good with the DRL's
