hope everything goes nice & smoothly for ya todd, definitly sounds like a step in the right direction is the new trailer a single or doublewide like your old one? to tell you the truth, your old one wasint too bad compaired to alot of the HOUSES around here, the new one will be nice for sure

 

new one is a double wide as well and it is much nicer. There are worse ones around here, but it had some major insulation issues.
