What I've been up to this summer
Well with all that I wanted to do this summer I didn't really get anything done. I've decided that I'm probably gonna fix up my 400ex and sell it, probably around 2-2.5k sounds about right for a decent street legal quad. Then I wanna use that money to buy either a 2nd gen C/K pickup for screwing around off-road, mid 80's AMC Eagle for the same reason, or a mid 80's MR2 MK1 for having fun on-road.
Anyway, all I really did to the Monte this summer was new EBC slotted rotors along with new Hawk pads. And I repainted my license plate cover and moved the emblem from the trunk to the cover.
Oh and I almost forgot, the Monte is now paid off. As soon as we the the title we can switch it over to my name an I get some of the UW brown and gold plates put on.
My last seven off is when I planed on getting a lot of stuff done but with my 20th birthday I went to Sturgis for a Korn concert and then down to Denver for Crue Fest the next day so didn't really get anything done. Korn's concert was probably the best one I've ever seen so far, it was also easily the loudest.
Just a few days ago I found out that I was accepted in a class being taught by David Carson this semester at UW, he's only doing one class and only one semester of 13 students so I was lucky (or talented as he hand picked the students) and made the cut. So now I'm really looking forward to this upcoming year of school, only eight days till I go back.
I took some videos of the concerts and I think the Korn concert killed the video taking abilities of my camera and every video since then sounds and looks terrible.
Here's some pictures...
