Just curious. assuming you place your baby in storage for the winter, there are no more car shows for the season, no maintenance on the Monte to be done, what do you do with your extra time?

What I do;

I plan next year's car shows and mark them on my calendar.

Plan any mods/fixes that need to be made on the Deuce for next spring and save up for them.

Do some projects that need to be done around the inside of the house.

Rack up my level on Elder Scrolls Skyrim.

Not too much into football so don't really watch the games on TV.

Hang out here and bug you guys.

So what does everyone else do?

Tad Thanks for posting this!
Don't know why it hasn't been brought up sooner?

I'm not really sure how/what I'm going to do...

This is the 1st time in 14 yrs that I'm actually going to store it for the winter.

This is what the MCF has done to me...LOL Its no longer a daily driver?
I guess for the most part, I will put the battery tender on it... Make sure the oil is freshly changed for the winter... It is garaged for the winter... It is semi heated ... since the house is attached to the garage...lol

If I think of something else I will add it..

I wish I had that luxury with my Monte, unfortunately she is my only car, my daily driver and no garage. I could work on her so much more if I was able to do that.

Honestly, any time I park a car for winter, I just continue living life
Some years I plan/work out Monte mods for the spring.
I hope to not have any car issues with the dailies in our fleet during winter.
Stay warm and check out MCF

I only have a couple of car shows that are a big deal for me to take the Monte to, so shows only consume little bits of time here and there.

Right now I do outside storage. I hope in a couple of years to be changing that.

I actually made a thread here a few weeks back on what people plan for their Montes over the winter, lol. Most of my threads seem to get buried and overlooked alot here, lol.

I know what it's like to have threads get buried. On this one Lisa, it's a small bit different from the one you started. Your thread was looking for what people were planning to do with their Monte during winter, Tadd's assuming for those who store their Monte during the winter they have more time and wanted to know how they are filling their time (does not mean it's doing anything Monte related).

You have it right Jason, I was just curious what members did when it's cold out and the Monte is under wraps.

I spend an inordinate amount of time on the Deuce during car show season. So in off-season I find I have a lot of time on my hands.

Lisa,

I never realized your awesome Black rose was a DD you sure keep her in great condition.

I stare in to the garage shaking my head thinking "If I only had the money"
