Any VIN that starts with a "1" was built in the USA, 2 is Canada, 3 is Mexico, other numbers mean they were built over seas. So all 6th Gen Monte Carlo VINs will start with a "2"

What are you looking for? Are you just looking about what options your car had or it's history?

Hi `Tyler,
I just jumped online to send out a email & logged on to check what's happening on the MCF & seen your post.

CarFax Report & Autocheck usually charge to get a auto history report, but sometimes they have special offers for free reports...Check the below links & search
get free vehicle history report
get free vin check
free vehicle history report
how to get a free carfax report

how to get a free car
free carfax report

I know, more freak'in auto homework...
Also you can go to a dealer & some that are nice will run one for you (in hopes you return someday & purchase a car from them)...It's worth a try `if all else fails..
"Nothing Ventured, nothing gained" ~> Good Luck from `Space ~> Peace `Out . . . Hi Ho, Hi Ho & it's back 2 work I `go
