If anyone knows or a free VIN checking website,could you let me of would be great,thanks!

Any VIN that starts with a "1" was built in the USA, 2 is Canada, 3 is Mexico, other numbers mean they were built over seas. So all 6th Gen Monte Carlo VINs will start with a "2"

What are you looking for? Are you just looking about what options your car had or it's history?
