BBMike - You and Space have been great friends to everyone here. Thanks doesn't even cover the dedication that you both have provided.
I understand life takes us on unexpected paths and it sounds like the one you are on is quite unexpected. I hope it brings you and your family happiness!
I cannot stress enough, let everyone around Space know we miss him and pray for a recovery to get him back to enjoying life.
Please, do not be a stranger. If you have a chance to hit the Internet, you are always welcome, you can count on some familiar people being here. I certainly don't want to consider this a farewell, so I'll leave it at, until we meet again my friend!!

This is the saddest, most important thread on the forum ever! I too, was unaware that 'Space's condition had gotten so serious. I really know nothing and am very saddened by the news and your departure BBMike.
You guys gave the forum a personality and have enhanced all of our lives. I doubt there will be a day I post on the forum and not remember the BeachBums.
Post when you can and take care

Hi Tyler & Members,
When Space was checking a break-wall that was built with boulders >one large one over 200lbs fell & smashed his ankle/foot.
The island Doc wrapped it `up & advised Space to get it checked when he got back to the States. Space has always been a fast healer from his injuries & thought it would heal on it's own. He also has a high tolerance to pain & just suffered through it. It didn't heal & the pain got worse & caused many complications. He then went to the hospital & has had many operations & his foot was wired back together. He traveled to many specialist in the USA, then to Germany & now he is in Sweden. (The owner of the company is covering most of the cost. ) During this time Space had a blood clot that caused a stroke & later the med's they gave him put him in a coma, or caused it. I don't know the medical terminology, but Space has a rare blood type & a super fast metabolism & doesn't require the dose that others may need. (One reason why we really think he is a alien (Sorry, I needed some humor ) He now supposedly has the best doctor on planet earth trying to fix/repair my best friend `Space I've never prayed so much in my life 4>Sure.
Above is the best way that I can describe what happened.
Space would say "Life can change in a Heartbeat, so everyone >Enjoy your Present, your Now > What `if ?"
THanks `Tommy & everyone on this thread that posted. I really hope in the near future that `Space can read your words....
Peace/Love & Happiness to `all bb`Mike

Wow Mike, what a "Beach Bummer" to hear you're leaving MCF, and the sad news about Space. Although I've been an active member for only a few months now, I feel as though you've been a friend for years. Your glowing personality seems to jump out through our computer screens. I think all members would agree, your contributions to the forum have given each of us something to smile about, making all our days a little brighter. I will truly miss you and your uplifting positive attitude. Hope to see you back here someday soon. Best wishes to you my friend, and my thoughts and prayers are with Space.
