In my opinion muscle cars started in 60's and ended on 70's. Not they are sports cars not muscle cars and a mustAng was never a muscle car.. Lol. I sold my 71 this last summer. It was my firt car and I'm 21. It just became a pain having to store winters and thee horrible mpg. Just wanted one car. Restored it with my dad whe I was 15-16 got to drive it 4 years and still made 5k on it lol worked out good. Figured in next 5 years it would need trans and paint again so it was good time to let it go. Plus my dad has a 69 still

 

Nice first car to have, my chevelle was probably the 20th car I've owned lol, I used to buy and sell a lot of cars for a few years of my life, didn't make a lot of money, but didn't lose money either so all was good, plus I got to drive and race them hehehe.

My Chevelle was a 396 car with a 4 speed, put a new rear suspension in her and a few other goodies and just drove it and had a great couple of years with it.

Man if only I could have afforded to keep all the cars, well that and had a place to store them all

Morning guys.

-15 °F (feels like -32 °F) and a clear and sunny morning so far. Holding onto probably 10-12" of snow on the ground. SE Michigan (Detroit area) has seen over 3X the normal snowfall in January alone; normal for the month is 12.5" and we have 38"+ and counting. It's like living in the Arctic on a daily basis.

I'm not sure which I hate worse. The snow or the cold. I'm going to say the cold....
Today the Grand Am was expressing it's displeasure with our cold temps. When it first ignited, sounded funny for a split second and the power steering whined until the pump and fluid warmed up some....
