Got that ticket once 7 Years ago I think, mine was $5000 and mandatory arrest with $500 bail and $400 impound fees. Same as op I was coming out of a parking lot and decided a little power slide couldn't hurt. All and all hired a lawyer, paid him $300 or $600 and he managed to get my case dismissed. Biggest and best selling point was its in a parking lot, parking lots are private properties and it's up to the business to proceed with a lawsuit or not. Walmart I'm sure has more $h1t to worry about than your ticket

 

the odd part the light was green when i went thru it . i do admit i was going kind of fast but the speed limit in a comershal area is 35 if i'm not mistaken. the cop was just a buthole. i have a good buddy of mine who is a retired cop and i'm going to get his opion on the matter
