Mornin' all. The wind and rain is taking a short break, but is supposed to come back with a one two punch this evening. Some of the higher wind gusts took out a few tree limbs up on the hill side, but we were lucky and didn't lose power. It's currently 45° with 77% humidity. The poor Monte is sportin' a white top/dirt gray sides two tone color scheme again. Even with more rain in the forecast I think I might run it through the brushless car wash today to keep the dirt accumulation to a minimum. Hope everyone makes a good one of it today.

Mike. Do those things really work. The brushless ones?? I never take any of my cars thru there. My wife has taken the Cobalt thru the ones at Sam's club. Not bad. But not that good either. Just wonderingif they do. Might take the Cobalt thru one tonight to get the dust and rd stuff off.

I just started using this brushless wash about a month or so ago. It does a good job cleaning the car. It cleans the undercarriage as you drive into the booth, then the nozzles move around the car to clean it. The one I go to sprays the car with a presoak, then soap, a rinse, another soap application, another rinse, a clear coat protectant then a final rinse. As you drive out of the booth it blow dries the car. The only hand wiping I need to do is the door jambs and under hood/trunk. It doesn't give you the satisfaction of a hand job, but it does a great job for a quickie.

.... I see what you did there...

The brushless ones are the only ones I'll take the Monte through in the winter time. For me they usually keep soap trapped under my spoiler and when I drive home the back of the car is filthy again. But it's much better than not washing it / having brushes from a car wash hit it.

Good morning everyone

Last day before I have a 4-day weekend
