Thanks for getting this thread started BeachBumMike! I'm always chomping at the bit to talk football on the forum, but nobody ever takes the bait. This confuses me because I thought NFL was America's Most Beloved Sport!

I'm going with the Seahawks! I'm a Broncos fan, but not a bitter one just because they are out. 2 weeks ago Seattle (and Green Bay) gave me the best football game I've seen in my entire life! I still get chills watching the highlights and enjoy reliving watching on tv. I can only imagine how awesome that would have been to be a Seahawks fan! Especially in the stands! My good friend/ co-worker Josh is a Packers fan and I can't even talk to him about the game - he's really feeling the loss and can get very wound up. As a Broncos fan, I wanted revenge against the 'Hawks for last year *** whhoopin'. But the 'Hawks have proven fun to watch.

I'm pizzed at the Patriots antics in football lately. They been playin' a dirty game with inelligible receiver crap, illegal ***** and turning football into a real sh!tshow. Who-did- it, they-didn't-do-it, it-didn't-matter...IT"S CRAP! Stop screwing around and play the damn game.

i dont know if people knew but the NFL had cleared the players and coach it seems like it was the equipment managers wrong doing and the refs for not clearing the ball, as for the other stuff "ineligible receiver" that's just smart football if the other team not paying attention that's on them

GO PATRIOTS!!

I'm a Giants fan! Will always be. But since I'm soon to move to the Seattle area, I have to put my money on my soon to be Local Team. I don't know or understand stats but what I do know is Seattle will be trying to set a new standard for themselves. They have a lot more to loose.

Chevy Gave Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady a Truck He’ll Never Use

By Tony Markovich 7 hours ago

Tom Brady has owned a multitude of different high-end automobiles. He’s had an Audi R8, at least one Range Rover, and he’s been spotted filling up a Rolls-Royce Ghost. And that’s just what the paparazzi have been lucky enough to see him in.
But, sure, Chevrolet, he’s totally going to love that Chevrolet Colorado (considering the GMC is the official vehicle of the NFL, why not the Canyon, at the very least?) you just gave him for earning the Super Bowl MVP.
RELATED: Chevy Colorado to Take on Ford Raptor with Aggressive Off-Road Package?
Four years ago, Aaron Rodgers was awarded a Camaro convertible. Three years ago, Eli Manning was given a Corvette Grand Sport. Two years ago, Joe Flacco got a brand new Corvette, which is by far the best car any MVP has been given. Even Malcolm Smith got a full-size Silverado.
It’s understandable that this is mostly a marketing move, and Chevy wants to show off the new smaller truck it’s introduced, but c’mon. At least give Brady (who has now won four Super Bowls and three MVPs) another Escalade like when he won SB MVP back in 2004. That’s a vehicle that would work great for his family. All that said, who really knows? Maybe the car is worthy, and Brady will love it. After all, this is a vehicle that has technology and stuff.
