starter solenoid location

Default starter solenoid location

where is it guys i see the starter i get a single click and the battery is fine and its not the security this time

The solenoid is mounted on the top of the starter motor. Follow the positive battery cable to the starter and you'll find it. The cable bolts to the front of it. Before replacing it I'd check the connections at the battery and solenoid making sure they are clean and tight. Then take the starter in and have it tested under load. If the starter checks good it's possible the positive battery cable has hidden (under the insulation) corrosion/oxidation that's creating resistance. A new cable may solve your problem.
