Wow 20 miles a day, my but would hurt too much after that We go have a trail around here, its 11.5 mile rail trail. Further north there is the Walkway over the hudson if anyone has ever heard about that. I havent ridden the local trail in sooooo long. The problem with riding there is you have to load up the bike and drive there and i just never have enough will power to get up and go. Best i did was at the beggining of summer i would walk a couple miles a day. i NEED to get back to that but i'm always working Biking around here is a workout, almost nothign flat its all up or down hill.
Party is now over, everyone had a good time. The local FD had santa on the fire truck driving around, they always happen to do it the day we have out christmas party, real cool for the little kids Now to sit here in peace and quiet.

i recommend bikes to everyone. they are fun your butt might hurt a little when you start but with time it goes away. and you can always get a better seat. you figure i ride on a $400 bike with a couple modifications. so i got my moneys worth on it riding 2000 miles + the time on my trainer so far.

I like that bridge lol looks cool at night. I have a decent bike i bought a while ago its a cross between a mountain bike and a single speed cruiser. Has the comfort of a cruiser but all the gears of a mountain bike. Dont know if i could get myself to ride alot though. Usually only use it when i go camping to get around the campground. Space lol that sneaky kid...

that bike trail is about 500 ft from my house and the bridge is about 2 miles away.

Evenin guys. Up from a nap. Guess I'll say hi to Brooke and see what she's up to. She told my friend's wife that she had a great time last night. Considering she spent most of that just sitting there talking to me that's a good sign.
